Rental regulations and conditions of stay
 

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Regulations have been prepared in order to provide all Guests of Willa Anna with fully comfortable conditions of stay.
All guests using the Apartments in Willa Anna are obliged to comply with the Regulations.
Failure to comply with the provisions of the Regulations authorizes the owners of Willa Anna to terminate the rental (before the end of the reservation).
 

§2 RENTAL RULES - RESERVATION AND CHECK-IN

The fees for renting the apartment are in accordance with the price offer presented before arrival.
Upon arrival, the owner of the forester's lodge, Willa Anna, will collect a receipt from the client, a
deposit of PLN 500 / apartment (in the form of a blockade on the card using a payment terminal and
cash will be collected in the absence of the card).
Guests can also get detailed information by contacting the employees of Willa Anna.

The price of the apartment or studio does not include an air-conditioning fee, which according to the Resolution of the Council of the Szklarska Poręba is PLN 2.20 / day. This is a fixed fee.
The hotel day starts from 16:00 (check-in day) and lasts until 10:00 (check-out day).
The guest has the option of extending his stay - he should notify the Host before the last day of
renting the apartment. In this case, the price list applies in accordance with the standard rates
presented in the table of fees. The reservation is extended only if the apartment has not been previously
booked by subsequent Guests.
Willa Anna reserves the right to refuse to provide services and apartment rental to persons who
during the previous stay grossly did not comply with the provisions of the Regulations.
The apartments at Willa Anna are strictly forbidden to drink alcohol, drugs or smoke.
The curfew at Willa Anna is valid between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
Guests of Willa Anna have at their disposal a fully equipped kitchen (it is located in each
apartment), which includes, among others: ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave
and electric kettle. Due to fire safety - it is forbidden to use electric heaters or irons in rooms.
Guests have the opportunity to use a special recreation area and sauna, which is located in the
garden (fireplace and grill).
Guests of Willa Anna have permanent free access to the Internet (Wi-Fi).
Willa Anna provides guests with the possibility of using bicycles.
Guests of Willa Anna have at their disposal an unguarded car park (total: 6 parking spaces).
Guests of Willa Anna have the option of leaving their luggage in the lobby on the day of check-out
from the apartment.

§3 ADDITIONAL SERVICES

In order to provide guests with optimal conditions of stay, Willa Anna decided to expand its offer with
additional services that will allow us to ensure the maximum comfort of our guests.
Guests have the option of using:
a / traditional sauna,
b / extra beds (cost: PLN 50 per night).
Our guests may have pets at Willa Anna (arrival with an animal must be notified when booking the
apartment).
 

§4 Liability of guests and the hotel

Guests of Willa Anna are obliged to always close the apartments when leaving them. Willa Anna does
not bear material responsibility for items left in the rooms.
Guests are financially responsible for the equipment of the apartments - including kitchen and
bathroom equipment.
All reservations regarding the technical condition of the apartment's equipment should be immediately
reported to Willa Anna.
Willa Anna is not responsible for children left unattended using the part intended for play (i.e. swings,
slide, sandpit, etc.) and in particular when using the platform and the pond.
 

§5 Final provisions

Items left in the Willa Anna apartments (after check-out) are kept in the deposit for 3 months
Willa Anna is obliged to provide guests with optimal conditions of stay, in accordance with its
standards.
Willa Anna is obliged to ensure:
a / safety of guests,
b / fully professional service, including tourist information.
